Darren Ong is a consultant with super powers. He can see miles down the road and, therefore, can outline future areas for success, as well as potential pitfalls. Darren is one of those unique people who is as great in a strategy session as he is building execution plans. He is the person our organizations always want in the room to ask the right questions and keep everyone’s eyes on the big picture. With Darren’s entrepreneurial spirit, there is no challenge too big or detail too small when it comes to getting things done. He has played an integral role in designing Sustainability programs and tools for many of our clients.
Darren is working on attaining his MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management. Prior to Collaborative Consulting, Darren led executive compensation projects at Semler Brossy Consulting Group.
