Nancy Heisch is an experienced project manager that leads many of our Transform programs. She helps organizations stay on track to achieve their goals by outlining clear next steps, coaching leaders to overcome obstacles, and breaking down silos along the way. Nancy is able to take on the most complicated change efforts and, by bringing a sense of calm and fun to her work, is able to align various stakeholders and provide a creative solution to even the most difficult business challenges. She is the definition of a team player and a great mentor and trainer.
Prior to Collaborative Consulting, Nancy led projects and teams at LafargeHolcim. When she isn’t applying her creative talents at work, you can find her quilting, enjoying the latest film, or spending time with her family.
