Crystal Millican is a senior consultant at Collaborative Consulting with ten years of experience that bridges sales, operations, human resources and technology. She works to set a vision for the future and then develops strategies and innovations to drive transformational growth. She is uniquely talented at sorting through lots of information, distilling it into a clear vision, crafting a bold strategy and then galvanizing a team into action with excitement and enthusiasm. As a former Fulbright Scholar in Mexico City, Crystal offers her strength in leading complex change in fast paced and international environments. Throughout her career, Crystal has collaborated powerfully with partners to make massive social impacts and expand their respective company’s global footprints.
Prior to joining Collaborative Consulting in 2008, Crystal served as Senior Analyst for Google in Latin America. She graduated with a perfect GPA (4.0) and dual degrees in Economics and Spanish from the University of Arizona.
