John is an Executive Advisor to Collaborative Consulting. For over 30 years, John Kunzweiler has focused on building organizations and communities.
John served 26 years at Accenture rising to the level of Global Managing Partner. John was responsible for creating a global network of alliances comprised of technology product and service companies to serve Accenture clients worldwide. This ecosystem grew to be a multi-billion-dollar network unrivaled in the industry. In parallel with that role, John was a Managing Director of the Firm’s venture capital fund and led early stage investments in over 60 organizations around the world.
John “retired” from Accenture to become the CEO of a West Coast consulting firm that invented the “gig economy” model. John was named “CEO of the Year” by the San Francisco Business Times. John was also associated with a South African private equity firm dealing with investment activities throughout the
developing world.
For the past 10 years, John has been Chairman of the Board of an inner-city independent Catholic high school located in Richmond CA. With over 400 students, nearly all on financial aid, the school has attained a near 100% graduation and college acceptance rate. Importantly, all the kids are given a chance.
John’s passion has long been in the arts – he is both a photographer and an oil painter.
